摘要: La chirurgie de sequelles cicatricielles brulures retractiles et inesthetiques a profondement beneficie des strategies d’excision greffe precoces developpees au siecle dernier. Apres cette phase sauvetage fonctionnel sont apparues une serie techniques nouvelles applicables en deuxieme intention dans le recouvrement cutane. recuperation la fonction main est globalement bonne avec les dont praticiens disposent actuellement, meme si pour graves carbonisations, amputations encore necessaires. Les cosmetiques mieux prises charge, mais demande retour aucune cicatrice visible reste difficile satisfaire.
