Studying the e-Bookstore Continuance Based on the Fitness and Satisfaction Evaluation

摘要: With the swift progress of mobile technology, use devices, such as tablet PCs, ebook reader and phones for electronic reading, has become an important part everyday life. This study aims to examine factors accessing e-bookstore on users’ satisfaction continuous use. Task-Technology Fit model is used a framework in this study. An on-line survey was conducted with experienced readers. Perceptions toward technology were examined by questions. The path analysis relationship between affecting results show that service individual characters affect intention positively. surprising one shows task character negative effect service. diffusion strategy discussed. finding provides acknowledge owners improve usage.
