摘要: The physical properties and hydration of a cementitious material, which prepared mainly from the vanadium slag phosphate slag, were investigated. These slags investigated can be reused as original resources to prepare cement clinker based on fact that they comprise silicon calcium phases, respectively. In this research, batch having various grades was by mixing with gypsum, tailings, fly ash. X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential thermogravimetric (DTG) well scanning electron microscopy (SEM) applied test analyze cement. Experimental results suggest performances meet requirements national standards in all aspects. Its process is similar common Portland cement, whose hydrates composed C-S-H, ettringite CH. Moreover, addition fine particles would accelerate hydration, it provided additional surfaces help nucleating growing hydrates.
