摘要: Motivation: Ethnopharmacology, or the scientific validation of traditional medicine, is a respected starting point in drug discovery. Home remedies and use plants are still widespread, also Western societies. Instead perusing ancient pharmacopeias, we developed MedCrawler, which used to analyze blog posts for mentions home their applications. This method free accessible from office computer. Results: We data mining tool analyzing user-generated aiming find modern ‘traditional’ medicine remedies. It searches analyzes them correlations between medically relevant terms. present examples show that this capable delivering both scientifically validated uses as well not so documented applications, might serve follow-up research.
