摘要: Introduction Sharing traditional knowledge with the scientific community could refine approaches to phytochemical investigation and conservation of ethnomedicinal plants. As such, integration data using a single platform for sharing is greatly needed. However, are available in heterogeneous formats, which depend on cultural aspects, survey methodology focus study. Phytochemical bioassay also from many open sources various standards customised formats. Objective To design flexible model that integrate both primary curated plant multiple sources. Materials methods The current based MongoDB, one Not only Structured Query Language (NoSQL) databases. Although it does not contain schema, modifications were made so incorporate standard format different sources. Results The presented can secondary related Accommodation disparate was accomplished by feature this database supported set fields each document. It allowed storage similar having properties. Conclusion The scalable highly complex level continuing maturation database, applicable storing, retrieving data. serve as alternative relational normalised database.
