摘要: Summary The presence of alloantibodies in presensitized transplant candidates has become an increasing problem and results prolonged waiting time because the increased risk these patients have rejecting incompatible donor organs. destructive effects antibodies on transplants been documented by numerous experimental clinical observations. It is evident now that pathogenesis allograft dysfunction rejection due to alloantibody responses can involve a variety complex mechanisms are only partially understood. Moreover, evidence accumulating some may exert protective graft survival humans; interaction between dynamic process will require more investigation before it be manipulated with certainty. Finally, effective immunosuppressive intervention targeted directly at B lymphocytes or generation remains challenge for future.
