摘要: This review describes what is known about effects of marijuana and cannabinoids in relation to human physiological disease outcomes. The acute include a substantial dose-dependent increase heart rate, generally associated with mild blood pressure. Orthostatic hypotension may occur acutely as result decreased vascular resistance. Smoking decreases exercise test duration maximal tests, increases the rate at submaximal levels exercise. Tolerance develops smoking delta9-tetrahydrocannibol (THC) over several days few weeks. cardiovascular responses that response THC are mediated by autonomic nervous system, recent findings also demonstrating cannabinoid receptor system plays role regulating response. Although mechanisms exist which use might contribute development chronic conditions or trigger events, there data regarding marijuana/THC A large cohort study showed no association hospitalization mortality. However, decrease time until onset chest pain patients angina pectoris; one has shown myocardial infarction. Patients who have coronary high risk for CHD should be cautioned potential hazards precipitant clinical events. Research directions more studies outcomes relationships factors, metabolic physiologic affect risk, increased understanding regulation, determine if therapeutic pressure control neuroprotection after stroke.
