摘要: A new ionization vacuum gage with suppression of the photoelectric current from ion collector was developed for measurement very low pressures. The gage, which is similar to a standard Bayard-Alpert includes suppressor ring and shield electrode. eiectrode shields ring, drift region, region forms an electrostatic lens grid accelerating focusing ions on collector. linear over range pressures 10⁻⁶ 10/ sup -10/ Torr.
