摘要: Abstract Aligned nano-tubular TiO2 layers were synthesised and their gas sensing abilities compared to those of magnetron sputtered titania films towards NO2 CO. nano-tubes grown on the titanium foils, via anodic oxidation method (hereafter anodisation) using fluoride containing ethylene glycol (EG)-based electrolytes. Both amorphous, structures annealed at 450 700 °C. Magnetron-sputtered anatase deposition converted rutile heat-treatment in air for 3 h 800 °C. Nano-tubular about 400 °C above 600 °C rutile. The sensor performance 450 °C (anatase) 700 °C (anatase rutile) was investigated 300–500 °C concentrations 10, 25, 50 100 ppm CO 75 ppm TiO2-layers 800 °C (rutile anatase). TiO2-sensor yield very promising results with some cross-sensitivity relatively small a wide concentration range up 500 °C.
