摘要: Cd induced changes in the accumulation of chlorophyll-protein complexes were studied during iron re-greening deficient cucumber plants to see how Cd-induced alterations develop thylakoid biogenesis, and whether altered de- velopment changed metabolism are connected. Treatment with 1 µM resulted strong decrease content leaves compared controls, but could not be detected leaves. It was accompanied retardation chlorophyll synthesis biogenesis complexes, particularly photo- system I, amount which even decreased at later period greening. During re- greening, actual efficiency photosystem II CO2 fixation capacity recovered totally partially, respectively. concluded that both due deficiency degradation processes affecting mainly I involved pattern complexes.
