摘要: Crystals of natural graphite were irradiated in high-flux reactors to doses about 4.8 x 10/sup 20/ n/cm/sup 2/ at temperatures the range 150 650 deg C. The crystals heat treated 1500 C before irradiation. damage effects various are described. Annealing low- temperature caused defects form clusters, with effect becoming more marked 1000 Damage incurred began disappear rapidly annealing above and 1700 there is little evidence damage. Specimens annealed higher indistinguishable from unirradiated material. Results confirm formation highly stable complexes by low-temperature (C.H.)
