摘要: We had the opportunity to examine a woman with bilateral ciliochoroidal detachments. Report of Case. —A 63-year-old white presented 3 days after several severe and prolonged episodes emesis from presumed viral gastroenteritis. She complained droplet-shaped scotoma in right eye blurred vision both eyes. Her ocular history was significant for cataract surgery intraocular implant her 1985 left 1986. Best-corrected visual acuity 20/25 OD 20/20 OS. Results slit-lamp examination revealed well-centered posterior chamber implants. Applanation pressures were 15 mm Hg OU. fundus remarkable dome-shaped orange-brown choroidal elevation inferonasal quadrant (Fig 1) associated low-lying inferior nasal detachment.
