摘要: Purpose To evaluate potential accumulation of fluid in the outer choroid eyes with central serous chorioretinopathy. Design Retrospective observational case series. Methods Patients 2 community-based retinal practices were evaluated for hyporeflective areas consistent collections using enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography. Eligible patients examined over preceding years, had a history chorioretinopathy, and did not have choroidal neovascularization or photodynamic therapy. Results In New York group there 131 70 who mean age 56.3 (± 12.5) 88 (67.2%) regions posterior loculation macular region. Minnesota data set 91 48 47.9 9.9) years was present 59 (64.8%). entire subfoveal thickness those without loculated 344 μm, as compared 498 μm ( P Conclusions Posterior is common finding but it has different pattern distribution than do suprachoroidal space seen other forms effusion.
