摘要: Purpose To investigate the choroidal vascular structural changes in eyes with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) by using swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT). Design Prospective cross-sectional study. Methods We prospectively examined 40 of 34 consecutive patients CSC. Three-dimensional images macular area, covering 3 × 3 mm and 6 × 6 mm, were obtained SS-OCT. En face microvasculature inner choroid large vessel layers converted to binary images. Choroidal areas analyzed quantitatively Results The area was larger CSC (the choroid: 53.4% ± 2.4%, P  = .028; 3 × 3-mm vessels: 66.9% 7.1%,  = .038) diffuse retinal pigment epitheliopathy (52.9% 2.6%, .042). subfoveal thickness significantly associated at level vessels ( Conclusions Increased observed whole macula This finding suggests that may originate from a circulatory disturbance.
