摘要: Background and Objectives: The impact of adjuvant therapy on the surgical outcomes following breast reconstruction is poorly understood. purpose this systematic review was to evaluate autologous prosthetic in setting post-mastectomy radiation (PMRT) chemotherapy. Methods: A English literature published from 2000 2015 Pubmed/MEDLINE database performed identify all manuscripts reporting outcome patients receiving PMRT and/or chemotherapy. Results: Sixty-two met criteria for inclusion. This included 56 (5437 patients) evaluating treated with 11 (820 chemotherapy. Pooled analysis cohort revealed significantly higher weighted incidences re-operation (P < 0.0001), total complications reconstructive failure (P < 0.0001) compared autologous. There little evidence suggest that postoperative chemotherapy associated poorer overall outcomes. Conclusions: an increased incidence adverse events when were related Manipulating method timing may mitigate some undesirable PMRT. J. Surg. Oncol. 2015; 112:458–464. © Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
