摘要: Living-donor renal transplantation is the preferred treatment for patients with end stage disease since it affords earlier and better graft long term survival. The aim of present study was to explore hemorheological changes in undergone living-donor transplantation. We investigated dynamic properties blood taken from before at 1 week, 2 3 week >1 month after operation. As compared pre-operation, whole viscosity different shear rates decreased significantly; erythrocyte aggregation index decreased; deformation (DI) integrated (IDI) had a remarkable improvement; electrophoresis rate raised. also found that osmotic fragility RBCs 145 mOsm/kg greatly Importantly, ratio membrane protein 4.1 b decreased, which may explain DI, IDI, fragility. Our results suggest these improve organ microcirculation, would play critical role reduce ischemia-reperfusion injury graft.
