摘要: Common carp is the most important freshwater fish in aquaculture Republic of Serbia. Excess fat deposition meat and abdominal cavity farmed can affect flesh quality, dressing percentage consequently restrict further development production. The reasons for lipid around visceral organs are not well known, it to develop method which would enable us understand process occurs common cells. aim this study was establish a new model preadipocytes evaluate proliferation differentiation capacity vitro. establishment cell culture could serve as valuable tool studying metabolism species.
