摘要: Near-infrared (NIR)-light-triggered therapy platforms are now considered as a new and exciting possibility for clinical nanomedicine applications. As promising photothermal agent, polypyrrole (PPy) nanoparticles have been extensively studied the hyperthermia in cancer due to their strong NIR light effect excellent biocompatibility. However, application of PPy based nanomaterials is still its preliminary stage. Developing multifunctional treatment vivo should be future trend object therapy. In this review, synthesis conversion performance were first discussed, followed by summary recent progress design implementation on mulitifunctionalization or therapeutic platforms, well introduction biomedical applications synergy between other stimulative responsibilities.
