摘要: Environmental energy issues caused by the burning of fossil fuel such as coal, and petroleum, limited resources along with increasing world population pose a world-wide challenge. Alternative sources including solar energy, wind biomass have been suggested practical affordable solutions to future needs. Among conversion technologies, thermoelectric (TE) materials are considered one most potential candidates play crucial role in addressing today’s global issues. TE can convert waste heat sun, automotive exhaust, industrial processes useful electrical voltage no moving parts, hazardous working chemical-fluids, low maintenance costs, high reliability. These advantages provide solve crisis. Here, we comprehensive review recent progress on organic materials, focused polymers their corresponding composites incorporated carbon nanofillers (including graphene nanotubes). Various strategies enhance properties, conductivity Seebeck coefficient, polymer will be highlighted. Then, discussion composite based devices is summarized. Finally, brief conclusions outlooks for research efforts presented.
