摘要: As an approach to dissect complex mechanisms that lead graft-vs-host (GvH)-associated immune disorders, we have compared the splenic cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response and thymic hormonal function in nonirradiated F1 hybrid mice injected with parental spleen cells. Thymic secretory was studied by determination of serum thymulin levels, number epithelial cells containing as assessed indirect immunofluorescence use anti-thymulin monoclonal antibody. In addition, cell network analyzed anti-keratin serum, general histology pattern conventional histologic methods. An initial analysis performed on day 15, which characterized CTL suppression mediated suppressor No abnormalities were detected at this time. By 45 after GvH induction, active had decreased, associated a progressive decline function. Finally, 60 thereafter, recovered normal vitro responsiveness, contrasted profound alterations severely reduced levels. This dysfunction shown be directly reduction thymulin-containing Moreover, no auto-antibodies could detected. The results are discussed respect role modulation responses observed during course reaction, additional analogy model human immunodeficiency.
