摘要: Latex, a sap produced by cells called laticifers, occurs in plants of wide taxonomic diversity. Plants exude latex response to physical damage. Questions about the function or underlying mechanisms persist, but role defense is likely. The presence constitutive peptidases addition inducible and de novo synthesized pathogenesis-related proteins (PR-proteins), raises question that each component plays protect how synergism among course herbivory infection. Here we discuss variety functions for laticifer plant defense. We propose build front line against herbivores pathogens.
