摘要: Herpes zoster virus infections occur in persons with decreased cellular immunity. A 45-year-old man is described who presented disseminated herpes as the initial manifestation of his human immunodeficiency infection. Disseminated have been reported virus-seropositive patients. Similar to that immunosuppressed patients seronegative for virus, an increased morbidity and responsiveness acyclovir observed. In contrast, morphology skin lesions clinical course more severe, mortality has increased. Visceral involvement not described.
