摘要: OBJECTIVE To compare the differences in hyperlipidaemia prevalence and its risk factors between Guangxi Bai Ku Yao Han populations. DESIGN Cross-sectional study of hyperlipidaemia. SETTING Both populations were from Lihu Baxu villages Nandan County, Zhuang Autonomous Region, People's Republic China. SUBJECTS A total 1170 healthy subjects 1173 participants Chinese aged 15-89 years surveyed by a stratified randomized cluster sampling. Information on demographic, dietary lifestyle characteristics was collected standard questionnaires. Blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, serum lipids apolipoproteins measured, BMI (kg/m2) calculated as weight divided square height. RESULTS The rates hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriacylglycerolaemia 12.4 % v. 26.2 (P 0.05) 24.4 33.9 < 0.001), respectively. Hyperlipidaemia positively correlated with BMI, energy fat intakes, negatively associated physical activity fibre intake 0.05 to 0.001). age, alcohol consumption, inversely CONCLUSIONS hypercholesterolaemia significantly lower than population, which might result different habits, choices level, well genetic two ethnic groups.
