摘要: The purpose of this study was to use the modified Delphi method identify influencing factors health-related quality life (HRQoL) in patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs) after endovascular treatment. A obtain expert consensus on content potential HRQoL UIAs treated by intervention employed. research team consists three neuroradiologists and one epidemiologist from Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University. They randomly selected 21 well-known experts cerebrovascular disease diagnosis treatment as participating experts. importance indicator is based 5-Likert scale. standard deviation (SD), coefficient variation (CV), mean ($$ \overline{x} $$), minimum maximum scores each were calculated. consistency described Kendall concordance a p value < 0.05 indicating that high. Twenty-one 18 questionnaires responded 2 rounds, effective response rates 85.7% 100.0%, respectively. average authoritative (Cr) all 0.88, familiarity indicators (Cs) 0.82, judgment basis (Ca) 0.94. Eventually, $$ values arterial puncture hematoma, hyperlipidemia, gender, marital status, hospitalization for other diseases lower than 3.5; CV status gender higher 0.35. first round 0.19 (p < 0.001), second 0.15 (p < 0.001). In study, affecting recovery analyzed method, which provided valuable evidence clinical management daily guidance patients.
