摘要: Background Health-related quality of life has recently been suggested as a supplement to the traditional neurological outcome measures from patient's perspective according World Health Organization model and may capture effects other factors such posttraumatic stress disorder neuroendocrine dysfunction. Objective To explore profile clinical after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage using data we obtained completed Intravenous Magnesium Sulphate After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (IMASH) trial. Methods This study was registered at www.strokecenter.org/trials www.ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT00124150). Data patient cohort with Short Form-36 questionnaire 6 months were used for analysis. Results Patients demonstrated decrease in months. The physical mental health scores correlated Extended Glasgow Outcome Scale had potential avoid ceiling effect. Multiple regression analyses showed that component related age, Federation Neurological Surgeons grade, chronic hydrocephalus not prognostic factors. Conclusion caused life. Chronic is
