摘要: Excessive nutrient loads to aquatic systems can complicate otherwise predictable relationships between concentrations and phytoplankton biomass. We conducted six bioassays on surface assemblages collected from productive Lake Apopka, Florida, measure the effect of reduction growth nutritional state. water was mixed with one three diluents create a gradient ambient concentrations; nitrogen (N) phosphorus (P) limitation at each level dilution evaluated in 2 × 2 factorial design.
