摘要: A 50-year-old man suffering from hypotony in the right eye caused by a traumatic cyclodialysis and complicated choroidal detachment cataract was treated our clinic. After an unsuccessful direct cyclopexy, phacoemulsification performed normal-sized single-piece polymethyl methacrylate posterior chamber intraocular lens (PMMA PCIOL) inserted into ciliary sulcus, with haptic rotated toward cleft. Postoperatively, corrected visual acuity improved to 20/20, pressure returned normal. Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed closure of Phacoemulsification PMMA PCIOL sulcus is safe, effective technically simple surgical treatment for small induced cataract. Internal compression cleft normal sized IOL along postoperative inflammation led scarring
