摘要: Abstract A method has been developed for the determination of total mercury by cold vapour atomic absorption spectrometry (CVAAS) with derivative signal processing. The effects several parameters on absorbance values were investigated and working conditions optimized. sensitivity (characteristic mass, which gives a 0.0044) detection limit (3 σ ) proposed 192 155 pg, respectively, 72 24.5 times better than those conventional CVAAS. Total in standard reference materials, mussel (GBW08571) peach leaf (GBW08501) was determined obtained consistent values. had applied to cosmetic samples recovery range 92–102%.
