摘要: Moyamoya disease is characterized by a chronic stenoocclusive vasculopathy affecting the terminal internal carotid arteries. The clinical presentation and outcome of moyamoya remain varied based on angiographic studies alone, much work has been done to study cerebral hemodynamics in this group patients. ability measure blood flow (CBF) accurately continues improve with time, it better understanding pathophysiological mechanisms patients disease. main imaging techniques used evaluate include PET, SPECT, xenon-enhanced CT, dynamic perfusion MR susceptibility contrast arterial spin labeling, Doppler ultrasonography. More invasive intraoperative authors review current knowledge CBF role each quantitative method played evaluating them, both state after surgical intervention.
