摘要: Abstract A technique is described for adapting mouse embryo cells to the resting state by using medium supplemented with only 0.5% serum. In maintained in low serum 4 days rates of DNA and RNA syntheses, activities polymerase DNase, are very low. large proportion (90%) such can be infected polyoma virus at an input multiplicity 20 PFU/cell. After infection there increases syntheses activity, but DNase activity remains
