Genomes of eukaryotes, bacteria and viruses: chromosome organization

摘要: The function of DNA is to carry the genetic message from generation generation, and allow expression that under appropriate conditions. molecules are very large information for synthesis many proteins, not all which required at same time. Problems will obviously arise when it comes packaging such long lengths into a cell in way as programmed access encoded information. These problems compounded by fact duplex must replicate two daughter segregate cells. In this chapter we shall look structures involved these processes. called chromosomes consist only but variety associated proteins.
