摘要: Abstract The role of charge transfer states in theoretical interpretation spectroscopic experiments on polyacene crystals electric field (photocurrent and electroabsorption) is discussed. A crude estimate suggests that while the low energy part photocurrent spectrum probably dominated by CT generated direct optical absorption, at higher energies Frenkel exciton autoionization likely to prevail. For electroabsorption, notion state degeneracy as a possible reason second derivative contribution examinded simple dimer model.
