摘要: Recent developments in the construction of microstructured reaction devices and their wide-ranging applications many different areas chemistry suggest that microreactors may significantly impact way chemists conduct experiments. Miniaturizing reactions offers advantages for synthetic organic chemist: high-throughput scanning conditions, precise control variables, use small quantities reagents, increased safety parameters, ready scale-up procedures. A wide range single multiphase has been performed microfluidic-based devices. Certainly, cannot be applied to all chemistries yet microfluidic systems also have disadvantages. Limited time ranges, high sensitivity precipitating products, analytical challenges overcome. An overview available chemical synthesis is provided some specific examples, mainly from our laboratory, are discussed illustrate potential microreactors.
