Dispersion in GeO_2–SiO_2 glasses

摘要: Germania glass was prepared from high purity GeO2 powder. Refractive-index dispersion used to calculate material and provide a model for representing the of GeO2–SiO2 glasses. The wavelength zero is found be in agreement with theoretical calculations. Modal propagation modeled core–silica clad fiber. Results support compositional dependence profile fibers.
