摘要: PCR-RFLP analysis of the vrrA gene and cerAB was used to investigate genomic diversity in 21 strains Bacillus anthracis 28 cereus, compared with results obtained by ribotyping enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus-PCR (ERIC-PCR) analysis. VrrA-typing divided B. into four groups. Except for one Pasteur vaccine strain, profiles were separated three groups, which different from those cereus strains. Ribotyping isolates seven ribotypes, a common fragment an approximately 850 bp band ERIC-PCR fingerprints most two VrrA/cerAB PCR-RFLP, generated 18, 22 23 types, respectively, The suggest that combination all methods provides high resolution typing method cereus. Compared ERIC-PCR, is simple perform has potential as rapid discriminating other group bacteria.
