Bromide separation and concentration using semipermeable membranes

摘要: Aqueous solutions containing bromide and one or more polyvalent anions are separated by nanofiltration into two streams, a brine enriched in the anion. The bromide-enriched can be concentrated using reverse osmosis, used, e.g., as feed to process for recovering elemental bromine production of metal salt.
