Geldanamycin derivatives and antitumor drug

摘要: Geldanamycin derivatives the following formula ##STR1## wherein R 1 represents a saturated alkylamino which should have at least two carbon atoms, an unsaturated alkylamino, substituted lower cycloalkylamino, pyrrolidino or aralkylamino group methoxy group; 2 hydrogen atom, halogen atom mono dialkylamino; when is group, ##STR2## and derivative 8,9-epoxy-Geldanamycin. The compounds are effective as antitumor drugs.
