摘要: High-resolution transmission microscopy and optical absorption spectroscopy have been used to examine how metallic nanocrystals (NCs) are formed in the course of implantation Au ions into thin films yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) subsequent thermal annealing. It was found that, under certain conditions, Au4Zr NCs addition YSZ matrix. The conditions which decompose annealing were determined.
