摘要: Since the discovery of microRNAs, ample research has been conducted to elucidate their involvement in an array (patho)physiological conditions. Ischemia reperfusion injury is a major problem kidney transplantation and its mechanism still not fully known, nor there effective therapy. Furthermore, no biomarker available specifically measure (ischemic) damage after or predict outcome. In this review, we summarize studies on microRNAs renal ischemia transplantation. Although number publications miRNAs different areas nephrology increasing every year, only limited reports that address role relation are available. All up June 2014 IRI, transplantation, allograft status were included. Design was highly variable overlap between found these reports. No single microRNA expression pattern could be found, although multiple involved immune response seem altered growing interest aiming identify biomarkers therapeutical targets, date, specific demonstrated applicable as either one, mostly because lack specificity. More systematical needed determine whether can applied biomarker, therapeutic target, agent
