摘要: Disclosed is an enhanced method for rapid and cost-effective analysis of sequences a microorganism by semi-conductor sequencing, preferably ion-torrent sequencing. This provides full length multiple areas (e.g. genes) genomes. These methods identify genetic mutations particular gene that are responsible conferring resistance or sensitivity to antibiotic other chemical compound. Multiple different species, strains and/or serotypes organism rapidly efficiently screened identified along with the complete genome organism. By selecting primers pairs similar size GC content produce amplicons spanning entire genome, single PCR reaction analyzed ion torrent methodology can determine sequence genome. Methods useful genomes viral agents, such as influenza virus, bacterial tuberculosis bacteria.
