Structural Perfection of ZnSe Crystals Grown by Travelling Heater Method

摘要: ZnSe crystals have been grown by the travelling heater method (THM) with PbCl 2 as solvent. Our investigations shown that could be obtained high crystalline perfection referred to a full width at half maximum (FWHM) down 20 arcsec of double crystal rocking curves measured chemically polished (100)-oriented surfaces. Solvent growth techniques like THM should remarkable potential for bulk if capture solute inclusion and precipitation can avoided.
