摘要: Summary. Neurological procedures such as pneumoencephalography (PE), electro-shock (ES), electrocoagulation (EC) of the ventrolateral thalamic nucleus, cerebral arteriography and myelography have been studied experimental models in which to investigate man effect on plasma factor-VIII levels stresses applied CNS. A marked elevation factor VIII followed PE ES; showed some fluctuations over period observation. The other coagulation factors were unchanged. three-fold increase was also observed after a subject with mild haemophilia A. EC by significant rise VIII, however much lower than ES. No change produced procedures. A number experiments carried out possibility that might be artefactual. No evidence has obtained measured bioassay results from sort activation or potentiation molecule, rather true molecular increase. It is suggested phenomenon related stimulation ES discrete neuronal structures regulating through mechanism at present unknown.
