摘要: The fine structure of seminiferous tubules from 5 crabeater, 2 leopard and Ross seals showed that during the nonbreeding season were essentially similar in possessing spermatogenic Sertoli cells. However, had more primary secondary spermatocytes spermatids than crabeater seals. In general, devoid spermatozoa. stages maturation such as Golgi phase acrosome formation, acrosomal cap formation condensation nuclei. Some degenerated tubules. Both maturing degenerating closely associated with Junctional complexes plaques filaments observed between cells cells, irregular polygonal, contained highly convoluted nuclei, strands rough endoplasmic reticulum, smooth complexes, small mitochondria, variable amounts lipid droplets, lysosomes, lipofuscin granules plicated plasma membranes. brief, activity practically ceased testes animals probably secreted low levels testosterone season.
