摘要: Patients with COPD develop lung cancer more frequently than healthy smokers. At the same time, molecular mediators promoting various aspects of cell progression are still elusive. In this report, we examined whether can be coupled increased migration non-small-cell cells A549 and, if so, effect may related to altered production and activity chemokines CCL21, CXCL5, CXCL12. The study showed that through polycarbonate membrane basement extract toward a chemotactic gradient elicited by serum from patients was markedly higher as compared donors. concentration CCL21 CXCL12, but not in also increased. Experiments which CCL21- CXCL12-dependent signaling blocked revealed upon treatment mediated exclusively CCL21. Collectively, our results indicate contribute via CCL21-dependent intensification migration.
