摘要: While more than 700 microRNAs (miRNAs) are known in human, a comparably low number has been identified swine. Because of the close phylogenetic distance to humans, pigs serve as suitable model for studying e.g. intestinal development or disease. Recent studies indicate that miRNAs key regulators and their aberrant expression leads malignancy. Here, we present identification hundreds apparently novel porcine intestine. MiRNAs were first by means deep sequencing followed miRNA precursor prediction using miRDeep algorithm well searching conserved miRNAs. Second, miRNAome along entire intestine (duodenum, proximal distal jejunum, ileum, ascending transverse colon) was unraveled customized microarrays based on sequences human ones. In total, 332 discovered, which 201 represented assumed The hairpin forming precursors part organized genomic clusters, most located chromosomes 3 1, respectively. Hierarchical clustering data revealed subsets specific distinct parts pointing impact cellular signaling networks. this study, have applied straight forward approach decipher time mammals piglet model. high points out crucial role function shown pathway analysis. On other hand, reported may share orthologs such still be discovered.
