摘要: Chromosomal replication is the central event in bacterial cell cycle. Identification of origins (oriC s) necessary for almost all newly sequenced genomes. Given increasing pace genome sequencing, current available software predicting oriC s, however, still leaves much to be desired. Therefore, availability sequences calls improved identify s and unannotated We have developed Ori-Finder, an online system finding genomes based on integrated method comprising analysis base composition asymmetry using Z-curve method, distribution DnaA boxes, occurrence genes frequently close s. The program can also deal with by integrating gene-finding ZCURVE 1.02. Output predicted results exported HTML report, which offers convenient views both graphical tabular formats. A web-based predict has been presented here. Based this system, regions GenBank currently. It hoped that Ori-Finder will become a useful tool identification archaeal
