摘要: Abstract Levels of prostaglandin F 2α (PGF ) in the amniotic fluid were determined by radioimmunoassay. Concentrations relatively constant between 15 and 35 weeks' gestation, but an increase was observed after 36 weeks. The rise continued up to 44 A still greater elevation PGF levels recorded during labour, when related amount cervical dilatation. Amniotic toxaemia pregnancy did not significantly differ from those found normal pregnancy.
