摘要: The goal of this study was to evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities two polyphenols rich olive leaves extracts. At tested doses (100, 200 300 mg/kg), Oleuropein - Rich Olive Extract (ORE) Hydroxytyrosol (HRE) inhibited, significantly, writhing reduced carrageenan-induced hind paw edema in a dose dependent manner. HRE more effective than ORE relieve inflammation nociception. In addition, acute toxicity test showed that did not present up maximum 1000 mg/kg.
