摘要: Molecular states are characterized by enhanced electromagnetic deexcitations of many different multipolarities. The expected enhancement $E1$, $E2$, and $E3$ transitions is examined deriving molecular sum rules for radiative deexcitation widths via a dimensionality approach. the $E1$ most striking.
