摘要: Mechanisms of water treeing are reviewed. A definition trees is proposed on the basis permanent hydrophilic character and reduced breakdown strength. Properties discussed that relevant to tree inception propagation mechanism. This includes content, (sub)micrometer structure dielectric properties. The mechanisms include electro-mechanical forces, diffusion species two types oxidation mechanisms. Also attention paid correlations between processes aging conditions. Inception injection and/or in damaged regions, damage due high electrical fields.
